From Exton:

From the intersection of PA-100 and US-30 at Exton, proceed West on US-30 toward Downingtown/Lancaster. Go about 10.9 miles to the Coatesville PA-82 exit and take the PA-82 North ramp toward Elverson. Go about 1000 feet to the stop sign, turn left onto PA-340. Go approximately 5 miles, turn right onto N. Sandy Hill Road. Calnshire Estates is 1.3 miles on the left at Coffroath Road.

From Reading:

Take US-422 East toward Lancaster/Pottstown. Merge onto Morgan Expressway/I-176 South. Take exit number 2 toward PA-10/Honeybrook/PA-23. Turn right onto West Main Street and continue to follow PA-10/PA-23 for .2 miles. Turn left onto PA- 10/Twin Country Rd and continue to follow approximately 10 miles until it meets with PA-340. Turn left onto PA-340 East. Go approximately 2 miles to Sandy Hill Road. Turn left onto N. Sandy Hill Road. Calnshire Estates is 1.3 miles on the left at Coffroath Road.

From Lancaster:

Take US-30 East for approximately 18.5 miles and turn left onto Old Wilmington Road. Follow 2 miles north and turn right onto Sandy Hill Road. Follow Sandy Hill Road for approximately 2 miles, crossing Route 340. Calnshire Estates is 1.3 miles on the left at Coffroath Road.

From Philadelphia Airport and Vicinity:

Take I-95 South and merge onto US-322 West. Proceed on US-322 approximately 10 miles to the intersection of US-322 and US-1. Turn left onto combined US-322/US-1 and go approximately 1.5 miles US-202. Turn right onto US-202/US-322 and proceed around West Chester, taking the US-202 Bypass to the intersection with the connector link to Exton, about 2 miles. As you approach Exton, pass under the US-30 Bypass and take the entrance ramp on the right to proceed West onto the US-30 Bypass and follow directions from Exton.

From Wilmington:

Take I-95 North to the US-202/Concord Pike exit toward Wilmington/West Chester. Merge onto US-202 North toward West Chester. Merge onto PA-100 North toward US-30 West and follow directions from Exton.
