are currently looking for a Sales Associate for New
Residential Construction in the Lower Bucks County
area. Qualified candidate must be a highly
motivated individual with 5 years experience in New
Home Sales and have a current Real Estate License.

Post and Pre-Settlement
Punch-out Technician: Qualified applicant
will have experience in minor carpentry, drywall,
painting and plumbing repair. Responsibilities
will be to prep home before settlement and perform
minor service and warranty work after settlement.
5 Years experience in residential new home
construction a must.
